Your expertise.
Their breakthrough.

Join SKILLS as a volunteer and help low-income adults in Singapore and Malaysia build real skills, find stable income, and move forward with someone in their corner.

Volunteering here looks different from what you might expect.

You won’t be filling boxes in a back room. You’ll work directly with adults who are determined to improve their lives — and who need someone with your knowledge in their corner.

You choose your role. You choose your schedule.
We match you to where you’ll make the most impact.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The need is larger than most people realise.

Across Singapore and Malaysia, thousands of working adults are trying hard to move forward but they're doing it without mentorship, without networks, and without the right support to get unstuck.

What makes SKILLS different

Most training programmes stop at the classroom. SKILLS supports the full journey — from learning, to guided support, to real opportunities. Volunteers are the human layer that turns a participant who finished a workshop into someone who actually transformed their circumstances.

70%

Singapore’s national volunteerism target — more than double the current 30%. Formal systems alone cannot close the gap. People can.
